Our Active Shooter instructor certifications and Response Based programs have become the staple program endorsed by the Port Authority Police of New York and New Jersey as well as thousands of police agencies across the nation. Currently agencies are consistently conducting or looking to obtain training certifications to help elevate their personnel in the appropriate response methods required to respond to an active shooter situation effectively and with the utmost confidence. Our program continues to assist agencies in establishing the "make sense" approach to these types of incidents whether working with multiple responding officers or working with limited personnel. The overall goal of our program is to give the officers the ability to disseminate the proper response plans and create a stronger working assessment plan for schools and businesses while opening up stronger working relationships with the community. Our consulting team has conducted training operations with law enforcement agencies coordinating in house training programs as well as inter-agency response operations and planning for active shooter events.
Over the past 7 years, we have consistently provided Active Shooter Response Instructor certifications for Law Enforcement and Military Operators with positive results in agencies implementing a stronger and more confident approach to these types of critical incidents. Why have we been so successful in our approach in disseminating out information to agencies? Simply because we do not provide "the way" system where agencies may follow each step thinking it will help their agency only to find it is fit for a larger agency that may have multiple personnel available. Our program has been stapled one of the most "make sense" programs in the nation simply because we know these same agencies are limited in their personnel and may only have 2 to 3 operators at a time to respond to a critical incident. We have shown a way for operators to respond to these types of incidents with a good solid plan as well as having the ability to implement very educational in-service training programs for their respective agencies. The threat in these types of situations continue to grow day by day with the current threats consistently trying to change their ways in creating deadly situations for innocent civilians and also the first responders.
