 Mr. Jose Medina is the founder of Awareness Protective Consultants, LLC (Team APC-Medina Tactical Dynamics) and has established a strong global footprint with many of the educational training and consulting operations conducted for law enforcement, military and corporate clients. Mr. Jose Medina's career spans from working as a Correctional Law Enforcment Officer to becoming a Law Enforcement Officer in the streets where he taught at police academies for many years, and co-created, trained and led his department's Emergency Services Unit where his team conducted hundreds of High Risk Warrant service "no knock" and "knock and announce" raids with successful apprehensions. His vision was to bring to the world advanced tactical and strategic training programs as well our threat assessment assistance to our clients with a 100% satisfaction response. Some examples includes building the first ever training group to incorporate the legal case law aspects of Police-SWAT training programs for law enforcement, use of force and legal consultation representation services for law firms, active officer involved shootings and other use of force situations. Jose Medina's outside the box thinking mentality has even produced the first ever Active Shooter Emergency Response Plan (ASERP) for the Port Authority Police NY/NJ for all the major international airports in the tri-state area. We have provided analysis for multiple major news networks and have dicussed workplace violence situations, use of force legal analysis and assistance, self protection-situational awareness training and homeland security-police readiness training. Jose Medina's firm currently provides safety consulting, emerency response plans, threat assessments and investigative work for business and individuals. Jose Medina and his team are currently conducting one of the most comprehensive 12-hour Concealed Carry and Basic Firearms Safety Programs in the State of New Jersey.
