We have recently expanded our services to include corporate facility threat assessments, review of current operations emergency plans and policy development.  A few short years ago Jose Medina was awarded an impressive contract in the development of the first ever Active Shooter Emergency Response Plan for the major tri-state area airports here on the east coast. It was a thorough detailed operational plan that included situational analysis of each airport terminal in which covered what would happen if an active shooter attacked one of the airports in the New York/New Jersey. Part of the planning process included the Port Authority Police Agency response to these types of critical events, airport staffing to include TSA, Border Protection, FBI and all the company owners such as the major airlines, the food and other shop vendors that are current tenants in the airports.  The plan was introduced to all the police administrators as well as feedback and collaborations with the owners of all the major shareholders involved in the day to day operations of the airports.
