Our staff include members of Active and retired Law Enforcement training consultants who have not only developed and created Specialized Response Teams but we have also developed assorted training programs for Law Enforcement Officers and Telecommunication Operators to include one of the most highly attended active shooter instructor for police and active shooter roles and responsibilities for dispatchers. Our staff have also instructed taught in nationally recognized police academies, work with the Division of Criminal Justice developing firearms standards, professional SWAT team trainers with the expertise in the field of Police Patrol Supervision, investigations and surveillance operations. Our team takes great pride in enhancing our training and consulting curriculums to provide better tactical thinking and strategies for police both in the field and in the leadership management positions.

We have a vast background in operational and tactical planning as well as tactical training due to our subject matter experts knowing and understanding the dynamics and nuances involved in dealing with critical incidents involving the active shooter response operations and also some the tactical "basics" designed for the patrol officer in the field and also for more detailed situations which involve SWAT team members.

Our team of consultants and trainers has a combined total of over 100 years of experience in the field of Law Enforcement and Military with "real time" proven combat operations, educational and professional experience.
